A service is an intangible item, which arises from the output of one or more individuals.
How important is the products and services section of a business??
While other sections of your business plan are important, the products and services section is the essence of your business and the point around which every other part of the business plan is built.
How do we market our products and services???
You can market a product or services effectively by making sure that you are focusing on the problem or pain point that is solved and being clear on the deliverables that you are offering. Set the expectations ahead of time, this builds trust and ensures that your customer will not have buyer's remorse.
